Our Philosophy
At Top Paw K9 Academy, we prefer the term canine coaching as opposed to dog training because coaching has a specific task; to help their subject find the strength in themselves to make a positive change. This means that when we coach a dog, we become a team and work with them together as one; with the dog making as many choices in the process as the coach does. This means we see behavior change through empowerment and self-confidence. Two essential traits that a dog can use for the rest of their life.
We are thrilled to offer a wide range of services to help you and your furry friend receive the best training and therefore best chance at lifelong success. From Board & Train programs to group classes, one-on-one in-person sessions, doggy daycare, and more, we have everything you need to ensure your dog's happiness, well-being, and best behavior.

Training your dog a predetermined list of skills over a multi-week sleep-away period. Custom programs available.
A sleep-away program in which we raise your puppy while training them a predetermined preferred list of skills.
A doggy daycare option that allows for training (or just playtime) during their stay.
One-on-one in-person sessions with a skilled team member dedicated to your specific and custom list of training goals.
A group environment of 6-12 dedicated to training dogs with the owners participation being the focus of the classes.
Additional services include apprenticeships, consultations, breeder reputability assistance and more.
