I have enjoyed Jen’s posts on TikTok and Instagram. Being a Washington DC resident Top Paw is not an option for boarding for my dog, but still had lots of questions. I sent DM‘s on Instagram and was surprised to see Jen responded promptly to my questions. Typically when I DM random questions to dog training influencers, I get a reply back about why I should use their services and some general vague answer. Jen was kind enough to answer multiple DM‘s. I ended up doing a virtual session with her which was just Q&A-based. I had so many questions and she answered all of them and helped me feel so much better about the relationship between my dog and I. I plan to do quarterly virtual sessions with Jen to make sure I am doing everything I can to make my dog the best she can be and for me to be the best that I can be for her. In a world where customer service is more important than anything else, Jen and her team dominate. I’m glad to have run into them and enjoy watching them continue to grow.
